Sometime after our receipt of your shipment, you might want to return your new or unused items (Mounted Tires CAN NOT be returned). As long as you make the request within sixty days of ordering, you can enjoy our no question full refund. All you need to do is contact our customer service people and they will give you a return authorization number along with instructions on packaging and sending your item back to us for quick processing. As long as the complete new and unused item is returned, we do not charge a restocking fee and our guarantee is risk free. When an item is returned and it shipped for free, the initial cost to ship the order will be deducted from the return.
If you receive a shipment with parts missing, all you need to do is contact us right away. As long as you reach us within five days of our receipt of your order, we will ship you the missing pieces from the nearest and quickest possible source. Our representative will discuss delivery terms to make sure that we deliver the product to you at a reasonable time.
The exception to our return policy is that we cannot exchange items. However, we will issue a credit to your account if you like so that when you return an item, you will be able to place an order for a new item at your leisure.
You can cancel an item only so long as it hasn't shipped yet. There's little we can do once your order has gone to delivery, but as long as you contact us at 800-281-0769 as early as possible, we may be able to cancel your order for you so that we don't have to go through the return process.

After return or canceling an order, we will try to get your credit back to you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 business days from date of cancellation or return for the credit to be returned to your account. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from credit unless the return is the result of an error on our part. When an item is returned and it shipped for free, the initial cost to ship the order will be deducted from the return.
Sending Your Return
When returning an item, include a copy of the return authorization email you receive from our customer service team, wrap the package securely to avoid breakage, and mark the outside of your package with the RMA number. We recommend shipping insurance for all returns.

We provide a 30 day unconditional guarantee on all of our merchandise. The only exception to this are clearance items, personalized products, gift certificates, and custom orders; which are non-returnable.
You may return your order within 30 days provided all items are in new and unused condition.
Any price adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Credits for refunds and exchanges will appear after we have received and processed your return/exchange.
Your return will be processed promptly once we receive your item(s). The time it takes for credit card companies to process credits varies, so please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your charge card statement.

NOTE: Merchandise covered by manufacturers' warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
You may make changes to your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed. If items have processed no changes can be made to the order and our normal return policy will apply. Please contact our sales office (M-F 7-5 PST) with any order change requests and please have your order ID number available when calling.
To cancel your order prior to processing, please contact our sales office during our normal business hours (M-F 7-5 PST). If your order has not yet been processed, there will be no cancellation fee. Should the items have been processed, our normal return policy will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in new condition and well packaged.
